fluid dosing unit / automatic / belt

The dosing belts ND-2000 and ND-3000 are suitable for the automatic dosing of liquid and doughy products. The structure is made of stainless steel, the chain of acetalic resin or stainless steel. The motor is regulated by a gear reducer or by an inverter. The dosing station consists of pneumatic cylinders equipped with photocells, which hold the containers in position while the dosing occurs. The dosing unit model VM is placed on a stand of adjustable height, to enable mould change. The electrical parts are PLC-guided, with an easy-touch screen. It it possible to dose a variety of sizes and shapes of bottles and jars, be they cylindrical, ellipsoid or rectangular, of glass or plastic. Mould change is simple and quick.
